The policies below help set expectations and keep the transfer process as smooth as possible.

This policy governs all firearms transfers effective July 1st, 2026 and supersedes all previous policies.

Important Notice – Virginia Firearm Law Changes
Beginning July 1, 2026, Virginia law places significant restrictions on the transfer of certain firearms and magazines.

  • Please verify that any firearm you purchase is legal for transfer in Virginia before placing your order.

  • Kitchen Table Guns cannot transfer firearms or magazines prohibited under Virginia law. If you are unsure whether a firearm is compliant, please contact us before placing your order or having it shipped.

  • If a firearm or magazine cannot legally be transferred, the customer is responsible for any return shipping, restocking fees, or other costs assessed by the seller.

  • Due to ongoing litigation and potential legal changes, Kitchen Table Guns will continue to monitor Virginia law and update our policies as necessary.
