Online Firearms Sales - Terms and Conditions

All firearms are sold in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Buyers are responsible for knowing their state laws and must be legally eligible to purchase and own firearms. If you are unable to complete the transfer or if you purchase a non-complaint firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

• State Restrictions: Be aware of specific state restrictions regarding firearm types, magazine capacities, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with their state laws. If you purchase a non-complaint firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

• Age Requirement: Buyers must be of legal age to purchase a firearm, typically 18 years for rifles and shotguns, and 21 years for handguns. If you are unable to complete the transfer, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

• Background Checks: All firearm sales are subject to a mandatory background check. Buyers must complete all necessary paperwork before the transfer of the firearm. If you are unable to complete the transfer, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Prepayment is required in full for all special orders.

Acceptable payment methods include all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), check, or USPS money order.

Payment must be received and cleared before any firearm is shipped.

For mail orders, processing order does not begin until we have received payment and FFL. Please complete these steps quickly for the quickest turn around. Order are processed Monday - Friday. 

Firearms will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer only.

Tracking information will be provided within 48 hours (M-F) of receipt of payment and valid FFL.

Any transfer or other fees charged by the receiving FFL are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is at the seller's discretion and will be via the most reasonably priced carrier among available options. We do not offer expedited shipping.

All sales are final.

Except in the case of an error on our part, returns or refunds are only considered under extraordinary circumstances, such as receiving a firearm in a condition significantly different from that described in the listing.

Returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 Firearms Transaction Record. If you complete and sign the 4473 Firearms Transaction Record, the firearm is now considered yours.

Refunds will only be issued in the form of the original payment.

We may utilize stock photography of the exact model/variant for sale within the listing. Serial numbers, wood grain, and shade of the finish, can all vary.

All firearm manufacturers test fire their products for quality control. It is normal for there to be residue/evidence of firing in a new firearm.

Orders can only be canceled before the shipment process begins. Cancellations are subject to a 20% fee.

The seller assumes no liability for any product defects or failures, future acts, or for the misuse of firearms sold. The buyer agrees to handle all firearms safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Purchaser agrees to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend RMFD Enterprises LLC DBA Kitchen Table Guns and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting legal actions including but not limited to civil liability or criminal prosecution.

Completion of sale indicates purchaser acceptance of all terms and conditions in effect at the time of the sale.
